This hoop tie down provision can be fitted at any position on the rack (Longitudinal and across bars as well as headboard hoop and rear ladder rack hoop)
It provides load restrain capacity as well as provision for the strap tie down hook to secure the loads on the roof rack.
It is ideal complementing the situation when the canopy or toolboxes are fitted but still requires the top load securing.
